Where Your Support Makes a Difference
Emergency Student Support
When students face unexpected financial crises, your support provides immediate relief. In 2024, we provided $491,000 in emergency funds for books, transportation, rent, food, and other critical needs – a 41% increase from the previous year.
Workforce Development Excellence
We awarded 258 workforce scholarships in 2024, a 309% increase from 63 in 2023. These scholarships prepare students for high-demand careers in healthcare, technology, skilled trades, and emerging industries.
Academic Excellence Support
Over $1 million in faculty and program support enhances the educational experience for all students, funding innovative teaching methods, updated equipment, and student success initiatives.
STEM and Healthcare Leadership
Special programs like the PECO STEM Scholarships and Independence Blue Cross nursing support prepare students for careers that strengthen our community’s workforce.
Graduates Making a Difference
Our alumni strengthen Philadelphia’s workforce and give back to their communities. In 2024, alumni contributed $201,801 to support current students, demonstrating the lasting impact of a CCP education.

Independence Blue Cross has been a steadfast partner for over two decades, supporting nursing education and contributing almost $124,000 in fiscal year 2023-24 alone.
PECO provides scholarships for STEM majors, preparing students for careers in Pennsylvania’s growing energy sector.
IBX Nurses for Tomorrow addresses Philadelphia’s healthcare workforce needs through targeted scholarship support.
Public Investment Success
In 2024, we secured over $10 million in public funding for gym renovations, teaching programs, and STEM camps, demonstrating our commitment to leveraging every resource for student success.
Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC)
Pennsylvania’s EITC program enables businesses to direct their state tax dollars toward education. We’ve benefited from partnerships with Comcast NBCUniversal, Globus Medical, and Elliott-Lewis.
